Transparency

All financial data linked below is from fundraisers organised by Front Line Kit and where the money was spent.
We are committed to complete financial transparency, ensuring you see exactly how every donation supports Ukraine’s defense and humanitarian efforts. On these pages, you can review every contribution and expense in detail. We meticulously track every donation and publish every expenditure, so you know your support is making a real impact. This data covers the time since all donations to Front Line Kit went into the NGO (EDRPOU: 44796407) since August of 2024 until today the 9th of April 2025, going forward these pages will be updated weekly.

Front Line Kit aims to spend 98% of your donations on military and humanitarian aid. Front Like Kit has some essential operational expenses to make this happen, such as rent of the drone factory, utility bills, and postage.

Going forward 100% of funds will go via VolunteeringUkraine which is a registered Ukrainian NGO that is facilitating fundraising efforts of trusted Ukrainian organisations (EDRPOU: 45235325).

On this page you will find all donations made to Front Line Kit via WayForPay and also bank transfers directly into the NGO accounts.

100% of your donations went into the NGO accounts and 100% of transactions shown were placed through a procurement system of “component needed, invoice raised, request for payment, payment approved or denied, receipt of payment” all of which is shown publicly on our transparency spending page.
From the 10th of April we will be including fixed costs for our NGO containing but not exclusive to rent of premises for drone building, accountancy/legal fees, utilities bills, future website hosting and operating expenses such as office supplies.

Tim, Richard and the volunteer team will continue to receive $0 in payment from Front Line Kit for our work here in Ukraine.
The transparency page will be updated as frequently as possible, our aim is to pay the clerk to update the site/collate all financial information, receipts etc on a weekly basis, it could be more frequently but we want to keep costs as low as possible to keep nearly 100% of all donations reaching the front.

Where can I find receipts?

We value both your trust and operational security. For that reason, we don’t publicly display receipts for purchased equipment. However, we understand the importance of transparency, and we’re happy to provide them upon request. Simply email us and we’ll gladly share the documentation for your donation.
