Our organization specializes in the transportation of critically ill patients, including adults, children, and neonates, through a tailored and innovative approach. Operating amidst challenging conditions in Ukraine, we provide not only life-saving medical evacuations but also lead initiatives that enhance the capacity of healthcare professionals and foster collaboration across local, national, and international levels.
Our Current Activities
1. Critical Care Transport (CCT):
We have developed a specialized Critical Care Transport (CCT) program divided into three key categories:
- CCT-A (Adults): Transportation of adult patients facing life-threatening conditions such as severe trauma, cardiac emergencies, or respiratory failure.
- CCT-P (Pediatrics): Safe and efficient transport of critically ill children, including those with congenital anomalies or severe infections, using specialized pediatric equipment.
- CCT-N (Neonates): Dedicated to premature newborns with complex medical conditions, equipped with incubators, neonatal ventilators, and a team of neonatologists, kid anesthesiologist, specialized paramedics and EMT.
2. Long-Distance Medical Evacuation (MedEvac):
We provide comprehensive long-distance and international medical evacuation services, ensuring that critically ill patients can access advanced medical care unavailable locally. This involves meticulous planning, cross-border coordination, and patient-centered care throughout the journey.
3. Training and Standard Development:
Our training programs empower healthcare professionals across Ukraine with the skills to safely transport intensive care patients. These courses are complemented by our efforts to establish evidence-based national standards, ensuring consistent and high-quality care across the healthcare system.
4. Collaboration with Local and National Authorities:
We work closely with the Ministry of Health, local emergency medical services, and hospitals, ensuring seamless patient transportation and sharing expertise to enhance healthcare infrastructure.
